Five months and 15 showings later...
Someone made an offer on our house over the weekend and after negotiating a few times, we accepted.
We're so thankful.
We decided to keep the scheduled open house on Sunday (just in case) and I'm glad we did. The buyer stopped by right before we closed, and we got to chat with her for a while. I asked her why she chose our house, and she talked about how much she loved the paint colors, cleanliness, and updates. It's so nice to know that she appreciates all the hard work we poured into this home.
Well, if everything goes according to plan, we'll be out in 6 weeks.
We're excited about hunting for our next home, but we're sure going to miss this place.
You COULD move to Kettering, you know, I would love to have you closer!! We'll be praying for a house for you. I am excited!
