I'm behind on blogging! Christmas activities are in full swing over here ... parties, cookies and more.
Like most of you, I like to keep and plan a handful (no more!) of Christmas traditions for our family. Our first activity of the season is usually a fun-filled night (games, snacks, etc) of decorating the tree and house, and we got to do this a few weeks ago. Now, I must be honest. This was not our most memorable decorating night and I can't paint a picture perfect evening. Things did not go according to my plans or desires, but that's OK! We're imperfect people making imperfect memories, right?! I'm just so thankful for our time together and that we've been enjoying our tree!

ReplyDeleteI have tried really hard this year to let the girls do things their way (within reason). So far I'm doing alright, all of our gifts have a bow and tag chosen and attatched by them.
