Thanksgiving!

I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving holiday.

Thanksgiving always seems like a long holiday to me - ya know, it lasts all weekend. It lingers, which is so nice because it's a restful time before the Christmas crowds and busy month of December begins. It's such a sweet time to be with family.  That's just one of many things that I am thankful to the Lord for.

We spent the weekend at my brother's house in Michigan. My parents joined us as well.  We actually went out for the big meal which was different, but I totally welcomed the change.  No cleaning up afterwards - just relaxing after the turkey induced coma : )  Ahh ... it was nice to just enjoy everyone and the kids were crazy about each other - playing like cousins do : )

Here is Etsumi with Sarah. I just love my sister-in-law.  She is the most patient and loving Mother that I have ever met.  I'm not exaggerating.
