1.) Payton's preschool program - Cute and fun. Love that smiley photo : )
2.) John found a little bunny in our backyard when he was mowing (umm ... so glad he didn't mow over it!). He let the girls keep it in box for a few hours. The girls also carried it around for a bit (are you supposed to allow that with wild bunnies?). They named it Thumper and then called it the Easter bunny. Anna was SO sad when she let it go. She kept calling, "Thumper, where are you? I love you!" Then she buried her face in my lap and cried. Nearly made me cry too.
3.) Resurrection Sunday. A great day with our church family and then my parents in the afternoon. Thank you, Jesus, for taking my place and defeating sin!!!!
Ashley and I caught a bunny once, too. We named it MacGregor, after the softball glove we caught it in. Was very sad to let it go--and I was in 8th grade at the time!
ReplyDeleteOur neighbor has 2 adult bunnies and they have babies all the time. She lets the kids play with them until 8 weeks and then she sells them on Craigslist. It is nice because they stay outside.
