Last day of 1st Grade!!
I am VERY ready for summer break. We're looking forward to having Anna home all day and not packing lunches or rushing out the door every morning. The nice weather has really got to me ... it's hard to get motivated at the end of the school year! I'm so glad kids don't go to school year round :)
I'm so thankful that God gave us this first grade year for Anna. It certainly wasn't easy, but it was good. This year has brought challenges, but we are learning and growing together! That is the road of parenting, isn't it? We are all changing :) We need wisdom! Thank you, Lord!
Anna's teacher put this quote on her last newsletter. It thought it was cute ... a good little reminder for this sentimental Momma :)
