November!

November was a busy month!

 I took a 4 day trip out to the Philadelphia area for an annual Girls' Weekend.  This is pic of my dear friend, Kelly, and me. I arrived a day before the rest of my friends, so I could spend some extra time with her. She lives in the most charming town in PA.  I'm so proud of her and thankful for all that God has done in her life.  A highlight for me was seeing the non-profit thrift store that she manages. It's really something - like a boutique shop, cozy, and super nice :)

 A pic of us gals when we got back from shopping in Haddonfield :)  I'm holding Allison's adorable baby, Avonlea.  Jen, the only blonde, hosted us. It was a terrific time with friends.  Great food, great talks, clothing swap, hot tub, shopping, & more.  So thankful for friends :)

 It's getting cold outside. Time to break out the playdoh! Oh man, I love it and hate it :)

 We travelled to my brother Daniel's house in Michigan for Thanksgiving this year.  It was relaxing and lots of fun with the cousins.  We played a lot of Wii & air hockey :)

We also celebrated my Dad's birthday!   Etsumi put Sarah's hair up to keep the icing off :)

 John's parents came for a visit and we went to the Christmas festival in town. Super cold. We didn't last long, but I liked being with family.

The cashier at Trader Joes gave Sarah a strip of stickers. I forgot to take them from her and she put them all on her head! This is the first look I got of her when we stopped at a light.  Laughed so hard!
