More of life

I should have a lot more photos for memory sake.  We have been busy around here & enjoying so many warm days now that spring has come!

                           

As part of the girls' Christmas, we bought tickets to see the Lion King Musical. I loved it!  We ate on the river beforehand which was fun and easy with the older girls (even though Payton did spill an entire glass of water on herself, poor girl).  During the show, Anna whispered, "This is so awesome!" to me several times.  Worth all that $$!

                                     

John and his friend Josh ran the Flying Pig Marathon  & my friend Sarah and I walked the half. I loved this day.  The crowds were fun and excited and doing this with a friend was cool. Plus, the weather was perfect and the route had the best views of the city.  After Sarah and I finished we watched John and his friend cross the marathon finish line, which was such a great moment. John's 2nd marathon!!  We were so tired and dragged ourselves through the rest of the day. Thankfully, John's parents took care of the girls!





                     

                      

Happy Mother's Day! We went out for pancakes the day before because I love breakfast. The girls gave me sweet cards, which is my favorite. This photos kills me because I'm smiling at little Sarah who is crying.  Little Jane is missing from the photo but .... 4 kids! It is so busy, crazy, and full & I love having a big family. I could write gobs about Motherhood, but I don't have time!!  I'll just say that in so many ways God has given me more than what I anticipated & planned for ... and it's good & I'm so thankful.
