Anna had her preschool end of the year/graduation program on Sunday. Yes, their school year is over. They can end that early since the school is free! It's been a fun year for Anna.
The program was cute - it's always entertaining watching kids at this age.
The funniest part with Anna was at the end of the program when all of the classes were combined. They were singing a song about "fun in the sun," and the students were wearing Hawaiian style leis. As we watched Anna we realized that she wasn't singing the song, but was talking to the girl next to her instead. It didn't take us long to realize that she was trying to persuade the little girl to trade leis with her so that she could have the pink one instead of the red one she was wearing. She succeeded. Of course we wanted Anna to be attentive and less obsessed with pink, but we got a good chuckle.
