Happy Birthday, Payton!!!

My baby turns 3 today! What?!?  I must admit that this was a little hard for me.  Part of me just wants to keep her little forever : )  She's a heart melter, for sure.  We just love her so very much and thank God for her everyday!!!

Payton wears her heart on her sleeve - her mood and thoughts are so easily recognizable by her actions and words.  She can be very sweet and very spicy : )  She still sucks her thumb and plays with the tag in her pants when she's nervous, bored, or tired.  It's her thing.  She's a petite little girl and people make comments about that all the time.  At just 25lbs, she's starting to really fit into some 2T clothes.  She has an appetite and tastebuds for just about anything but vegetables.  She likes her milk.  She's a morning person.  She runs to greet Daddy at the door when he comes home from work and always exclaims, "YOU'RE HOME, DADDY."   Without prompting she tells me, "You're my Mommy, I love you Mommy."  She is often "on the go," and is a brave little girl.  She's doesn't know the concept of "quiet."  She loves to play with her sister.  She wasn't born a cuddler (didn't like to be held as an infant) but she sure likes to snuggle now ... in small doses.  She's a restless sleeper.  She likes to watch football with Daddy. Orange is her favorite color.
