Ordinary Days

The girls have been spending hours playing together every day and I just love it.   By the end of the summer they may be crying boredom more often & arguing a lot, but for now they seem to like all the free time. If I do hear the "B" word these days I may make a few suggestions, but I also have a nice list of additional chores (mean mom?).  Somehow that usually persuades them to get happy and busy with their bazillion toys pretty quickly :)

 

 They like to set up play sets in the guest room. One week it's paper dolls, next week it's American girl stuff, and now it's playmobil.

 They went to VBS this past week and on the last day they came downstairs in matching clothes from head to toe.  It's been ages since they've done that.  They must really be getting along!

One afternoon they played pirates and treasure hunting. These were the outfits they put together. 

 Then there's little bear.  She likes to wear these mismatched slippers around the house. hilarious.
