We had a wonderful weekend in Grand Rapids visiting our good friends, the Mitchells. I'm not idealizing our time, seriously. It's so great to be with them. Usually we don't plan to do anything but sit around, talk, and watch the kids. Sounds boring but it's not. We love it.
They hosted a birthday party for Erin (her favorite "holiday") and it was so fun. They have a great group of close friends that get together regularly for parties. Pictionary, ice cream tasting, and a newlywed game (that we won!). Good memories.
We're going to miss them when they move to Africa in 6 months!
