Payton turned 8 last month. Where has that baby face gone?! I love being her Mom. She is such a tender and sweet daughter. As much as I'd like to freeze time and keep her close, watching her grow and change is pretty great.
Payton cares very little about what she wears as long as it's comfortable (leggings only!). She loves Star Wars! She likes to read. She started wearing glasses this past year. She doesn't love school. She likes to play outside. She likes to look at and pick flowers. She's our most adventurous eater. She doesn't prefer pizza anymore (what?!!?). She likes ham sandwiches, spaghetti, grilled cheese, eggs, and tacos (her favorite!). She can be VERY generous and wants everyone to be happy. She gives compliments, is almost always willing to help, and is easy to please. She loves to be silly and I can almost always count on her to joke around with me. She gives the biggest, best hugs!

Love the updates! She and I would have fun playing Star Wars together. :) Avonlea LOVES it too, even though she has never seen any of them. She knows all the characters!
