I love spring break because it's a summer teaser. We were all ready for a break from the typical routine and hectic mornings/evenings. It did not go according to plan this year because I came down with a nasty little virus and was sick for the better part of the week. We did squeeze in a few special days though.
Aunt Crystal came to visit. The girls had a sleepover with her and Nana. A fun night for all of them and so nice for me!
We went on an Easter hike. It was a perfectly beautiful day.
I wish this photo had turned out! Everyone was looking at the camera and smiling!
We surprised the girls and went to Ben & Jerry's for ice cream. I caught so many of Sarah's funny expressions.
We went down to my parent's house and spent the day at the nature center - one of my favorite places. I think I spent half of my childhood in those woods!
I took the older girls out for lunch, and then we spent the afternoon at the art museum. It was such an easy and fun time with them.
