God has blessed me with wonderful friends.
One of those treasured friends is my dear friend Allison. She and I met our freshman year of college. We became friends during our 4 years of undergrad, but became such good friends when we roomed together in China. What can I say? I put up with her piles of dirty dishes and she put up with me dancing around the apartment (if you ever meet Allison, you can ask her about that : )
After our time in China, we both settled down in the same city and have been able to keep in great touch (I've taken that for granted, I really have). We've seen each other through some very wonderful and some very difficult times.
Allison is many things. She's intelligent and athletic. She likes movies, music, tv shows, Mountain Dew and Skyline Chili. She knows a lot of trivia. She's a teacher, photographer, and dog person.

and I'm going to miss her so very much. Allison is moving to sunny LA this Wednesday and we said our good-byes today. It was hard, but I'm so thankful that she'll be back in this area often.
These two photos are from our China days. This is when we camped on the great wall. You can't tell from the picture, but there were other people with us. It rained : )
These photos were taken today. The three amigas. Christy, Allison, and I are the three friends from college and China that have lived close to each other. I can't tell you how many times we could have snapped photos of the three of us together over the past 8 years - countless : )
Priceless friends.

Love this post about Allison! What fun times the three of you have been able to share. Treasured memories. I am sure their will be many more in the future:) Love you all.
