John and I can't figure it out. How did our 3 year old daughter become interested in super heroes? For the past several weeks, she's humored us with her superhero play. John took the girls to the bookstore last weekend and while Anna was picking out princess books to read, Payton chose Spiderman, Batman, and Green Lantern comics. Really, it's quite cute. After she puts on her supergirl outfit, she goes like this ....
"Daddy, you're the mean tiger and I'm supergirl and I'm going to SAVE THE DAY!!!" All the while she has one hand on her hip and a fist in front of her. I have no doubt that Daddy taught her that classic slick move : )
