15 weeks

Pregnant again!   God has been so good to give us another pregnancy and to have sustained it thus far.  He has also given me such peace this time around, and I'm so thankful.  What a blessing!

I'm 15 weeks along now and SO glad to be through the first trimester.  Like most pregnancies, it was a doozy!  I preferred the couch most days and poor John ... too many times my answer to questions about dinner plans were, "whatever you can reach."   He was way more gracious than I was.  At my first appointment at 9 weeks, I jokingly asked my doctor if he could just sedate for the next month.  But, alas, it was not needed b/c I woke up one day, around 12 weeks, and felt normal.  YES!   My heart goes out to those Mommas who endure sickness for the entire 9 months.  

Now, I'm trying to control my insatiable appetite, get through brushing my teeth without gagging, and make the switch to maternity clothes!  

The photo below isn't the best b/c of my shadow, but you can see that the baby bump is growing.  It looks rather high, doesn't it?  Are you thinking another girl?  We'll see ... in about 25 weeks, Lord willing : )
