Pumpkin Carving and Painting! Friday night was nice because it was cold outside and we stayed in : ) John carved, the girls painted, I helped, and Sarah watched.
On Saturday we went to the Philharmonster concert peformed by the local symphony orchestra. This concert was part of their family series which is nice because it's kid-friendly. Our friends were given tickets, so they invited us along which was so nice! Most poeple, including the orchestra players, were decked out in costumes : ) The girls enjoyed it even though a few parts were a bit long for them. Here's hoping they inherited my love for the arts : )
