Happy Birthday, Anna!!

 Every time a birthday rolls around I sound like a typical Mom - where has the time gone?  Anna is Five.

We're so thankful that the Lord decided to make us parents five years ago when he brought Anna into our lives - according to His perfect timing.  Children truly are a blessing. Before I had babies I thought the "blessing" of parenthood came mostly from experiencing all of the cute and sweet moments with children.  Of course we relish all the tender and memorable times with our girls, but an unexpected blessing is how God has used parenthood and our children to reveal our hearts and teach us so much - sometimes joyfully and sometimes painfully.   What an amazing time it has been for us - humbling & remarkable!

Anna has always had a lot of spunk. She likes to have fun and laugh. She can take a very boring moment and make it playful and fun.  She enjoys coloring, dancing with Mommy, reading books, making up stories & songs, singing, jumping on Daddy, playing games, playing with Payton, and pretending to be a mommy. 

Anna - We thank God for you every day. We are so blessed to be a part of your life and to have you in ours. Have a Happy Birthday, big girl!  We love you so very much!
